This gear is particularly badly finished and you could easily take it for a piece of utter dross. Look more closely and you will see that, with its internal cable routing, it is the bastard child of a SunTour Cyclone, so it will change well. It also weighs in at a killer 175g.


In common with other Rino gears the parallelogram pivots have screw threads and slotted heads - so it is possible that the derailleur is fully demountable - but I have not tried it.


Fascinating in a horrible kind of way.
