Resilion was a London based company that was primarily famous for making bolt-on cantilever brakes, much loved by British  tandem users in the 1950’s and 1960’s.

However, they also made some rather pleasantly engineered pull-chain derailleurs during this period. They had good old English virtues like relatively heavy gauge steel pressings, accurately machined bolts and glossy chrome.
