Monsoon is the derailleur brand of Mei Lin Tai-Yen Industrial Company, which was established in 1991 and is based in Lu Chou city near Taipei. From their website it looks as though Mei Lin Tai-Yen Industrial Company will make you anything that you can dream of - as long as your reveries only extend as far as the delights of pressed steel.

From a British perspective I can only marvel at the sheer audacity of choosing a cycling brand name that is inseparably linked with the idea of exceedingly heavy rain.
