Les Marques qui Dominent le Monde

This advertising card publicises a plethora of European brands - 'The Brands which dimiate the World' - but is somewhat reticent about exactly who is doing the advertising. My guess is that the 'S' shaped scroll in the middle of the image is the logo of a wholesaler who offered these brands, possibly some time in the mid 1950s.

I would further guess that the wholesaler involved may be Swiss, as Melas is a very German brand of dynamos, Yellorex is a French brand of chain (that later in life became Sedis) and Versol derailleurs are undeniably Swiss.

I also can't help but note that the male figure, depicted in the top loop of the scroll, appears to be indulging in a spot of Scottish Highland Dancing in a fine pair of tartan trews.
