DISRAELI TRIVIA
Les Dérailleurs are/were a French-speaking, Quebec-based, band who released this single on vinyl through a label based in Paris, France. The band appear to have been based in Chicoutimi, a groovily named borough of the city of Saguenay, which hosts both part of the University of Quebec and a Conservatory of Music.
It’s possible that the group was active between 2000 and 2003, but has recently reformed for a handful of come-back concerts in (possibly) 2009 and 2010. They appear to have released three home produced albums and this split EP (which is shared with Les Viperes).
Les Dérailleurs seem to include Éric Duchesne on lead vocals and guitar, Sébastien Sweetheart on bass and back-up vocals, Lee-Pierre Belley on drums and possibly Jackson Rose (aka Jean-Francois Harvey) also on guitar.
I don’t really know how to get hold of a copy of this record - you could try contacting SDZ Records. Amazingly, it is not available on iTunes - now that is truly indie.
