Country: Taiwan

Lepper - crazy name, crazy derailleurs - well, actually Taiwanese Shimano copies.

All I know about Lepper is that they are usually (always?) manufactured by SunRace, and that you often see them in Europe and rarely in the USA, so they may have some European connection. There is a famous Dutch saddle manufacturer called Lepper, but how (or if) they relate to these derailleurs is unclear.
