These scans were generously sent to me by Erik Herschmann. The date of 1941 is a guess based on the numbers stamped on the derailleur to which these instructions referred.
The instructions were produced during the Second World War, and are clearly aimed at the Belgian market. It is strikingly hard to find any mention in them of either Fichtel & Sachs or Germany. To the victor go the spoils - but it is encouraging that you still have to consider the sensitivities of the vanquished consumers.
