I have no idea of the model name of this pretty little derailleur - I can find no reference to it anywhere.
I have been told that it was designed for 'leisure' or 'sport' bikes rather than for serious racing - but this may just be speculation. One reason that I doubt this is the weight. It is the lightest derailleur of the time that I can think of, 4g lighter than the classic titanium clad 1980s Campagnolo Super Record. That doesn't seem like mere leisure item to me!
It is a neatly made item. It is clearly descended from the earlier steel tube based designs. However, it dispenses with the signature tube, with the pulley cage able to swivel freely to allow it to align with the chain.
It has no built in limit stops with any range limitation being provided by a small cylinder that clamps to the cable.
